Toasted Tahini Pumpkin Seeds

Pumpkin seeds don’t need to be reserved for the fall. Tote these toasted pumpkin seeds along to the beach, for a savory, crunchy snack this summer!

Serving Information

Makes 1 cup


1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 ½ T tahini
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp cracked black pepper


1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.In a medium bowl, toss pumpkin seeds with tahini and spices.
3.Spread out in a single layer on baking sheet.
4.Bake for about 5-10 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Keep a close eye, as they can overcook quickly. 
5.Remove and let cool.
